For different defects, our company leverages Al algorithms to extract defect features and distinguish between good products and defective items. Detectable defects include cracks, contamination, bubbles, chips, wrinkles, oil bubbles, pitting, material agglomeration, material marks, and bottle mouth notches, etc.
Horizontal Crack Detection
To detect micro-cracks on cosmetic bottle mouths, we adopt a hybrid approach combining traditional algorithms and Al.
This method effectively suppresses interference from surface textures on the bottle mouth, achieving a detection accuracy
of over 98%.
Data-Driven Management
The disc-type intelligent visual inspection equipment supports mixed inspection of multiple bottle types. It uses entrance
positioning and height-detection stations to accurately identify different bottle models and rapidly switch between inspections of various cosmetic bottle designs. This capability aligns with the production characteristics of cosmetic bottle manufacturers (e.g., multi-category, small-batch production).
